Directions:

From Truro Follow A39 signs to Falmouth approximately 10 miles . Before the Falmouth bypass you will arrive at the Treluswell roundabout follow sign to Penryn do not go into town centre proceed towards Penryn Bridge 0.5 mile before bridge you will see a Texaco garage on your right. 50 yards past this turn left into Church Road signposted Flushing Mylor go past St Gluvius Church on the right. Follow around sharp bend Bay View sign will then be in view turn sharp left up to the house.
